Iguazu!

Hola! Que tal!

Long time since we blogged! Weve been having so much fun that we havent had time to get ourselves to an internet café and blog! We still need to tell you about so many things, Iguazu, Buenos Aires, Mendosa, Santiago, San pedro de Atacama aannnd where we are now, Bolivia! Jeezz.. this could take a while, but well start with Iguazu today :)
After our amazing week in Manaus we flew back to Rio, and there we took a spontaneous decision to go straight to see Foz do Iguacu (Iguazu falls Brazilian side). We found a hostel in the center of this cozy little city and we got a room that seemed to be really nice, it wasnt a dorm but a double room where we could cuddle after a long trip (4 hour flight, 1,5 hour busride to the busstation, stress, and a 26 hour busride to Iguacu), but oh no! our room had a WINDOW both to the kitchen and the communal area, so we saw when the lights turned on/off and we heard all the people having fun outside our room! Annoying! buuttt we managed to wake up early to get to the falls :) And we were really lucky coz the weather was so nice! Since a picture is worth a thousand words were just going to show you how amazing these falls are, which are like Gullfoss times a 1000!

We met a lot of these cute guys at the falls :)

a view over the falls, amazing!

YAY

There are so many animals and insects here :) beautiful butterfly !

Vávívúva!!

 Enjoying ourselves!

Yeah buddy!

That same day we got a bus to Puerto Iguazú (to see the falls on the Argentinian side). We had to get our passports stamped at two different places, which we didnt understand since we normally dont cross boarders on land ;) When we got to Puerto Iguazu we met up with our Norweigian friends ;) YAY! And went to the pool! Our hostel had a pool! Oh yeah!!
In our room we found two Belgian girls that we just instantly fell in love with and decided to go to the falls with them the day after.. It was amazing! The Argentinian side has the Devils throat which is crazy powerful and loud! and you can go on various paths to see the falls from different views... Again, picturetime! But unfortunately Svanlaugs camera got stolen later on the trip so we only had a few on Anna´s iphone so you wont get too many photos, but you can get the drift! ;)

Be aware of snakes

Crazy landscape! Love it!

Chilling by the pool with Marte and Helga

After the Iguazu falls we headed off to Buenos Aires with Katrijn and Steffi (our Belgian chocolates ;) )

Here were waiting for the bus... which is late, like everything in South America... and like us with our blogs ;)

Chiao! Anna and Svanlaug! :)
